Join us every Sunday at 10AM for Sunday Morning Faith Workouts, a unique experience that strengthens your body and uplifts your spirit. Choose from a variety of fitness options—Workout, Yoga, Run, or Walk—and we’ve even got an engaging and fun Workout for Kids, so the whole family can participate. After we move, we gather together for a short but powerful inspirational faith message to start your week with purpose, hope, and community.
All fitness levels and all ages are welcome—come as you are, and leave encouraged!
